Lens-Artists Photo Challenge: Patterns

The theme for this week’s Lens-Artists Photo Challenge is Patterns.

Pelicans in a lake, somewhere on the Ooty-Bangalore Highway

Carving on Stone, Belvadi Temple, Hassan

A beautiful Gaillardia

Carvings on the wall, Somanathapura Temple.

The feature image is that of a 200-year old silk-cotton tree, Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, Bangalore.

Thank you, Ann-Christine, for this week’s photo challenge.

    1. Thank you πŸ™‚ we were on our way back home from the trip when we say a group of pelicans and cormorants on a lake nearby. πŸ™‚ It looked as if they were all meeting for a lunch party πŸ™‚

  1. Great shots Rekha but seeing this a few hours ago gave me a real shock … I post Tuesday Photo Prompts and scheduled this weeks last Wednesday … my prompt lol is Patterns!
So not sure if we are in sync or if there is a spy in camp … back to the drawing board for me 😦

    1. Haha. πŸ˜€ I remember doing a post with the theme as patterns, a couple of months ago. WP challenge or something, I do not remember. Prompts can be recycled, it is exciting to participate. πŸ™‚
